Our second Re-Tech Event
The second Bristol Re-Tech event took place a few days ago. We were hoping to build on the success of the first meet up in July. We did it! The second event was bigger and better in every way.
We moved from our first venue on the floating harbour to the Conspiracy room at the Raven bar in central Bristol. Our new venue was super cool. A proper speak-easy secret bar, complete with low key entrance for those in the know. Ring the bell to be granted access and head upstairs to the recently refurbished and very opulent Conspiracy room.
The event went off! We had 70 people from across and renewables and tech come together for the evening. The drinks flowed and the food was spectacular. The bar staff went above and beyond to make all the guests welcome and the Asian inspired buffet from Four Wise Monkeys was very welcome on a evening with a real Autumnal feel about it.
Our evening meet ups are informal events with no speeches, no presentations and definitely no sales pitches. Instead, come and join like minded professionals who are doing their thing in renewables and technology.
In terms of physical events, that’s it for 2022. However, that does not mean it’s game over for the year. Quite the opposite, because today we are also happy to announce the official launch of the Re-Tech podcast. Check out the first episode with Beccie Drake from Arup.
